The Company is duly registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies And Firms, Bangladesh in the year 2009. About 99.98% of total shares of the Company is owned by Flagship Ecosystems Investment Pte Ltd, Singapore. Rest of the shares are owned by individual investors from Singapore and Bangladesh.
